You’re invited to join our upcoming free Public Comment Writing Workshop to learn about the Grand Mesa, Uncompahgre, and Gunnison (GMUG) Forest Plan. We’ll help you take part in the public commenting process for the plan, which has been 20 years in the making. Now, we need your help in ensuring it is the best possible plan it can be. The GMUG Forest Plan will apply to over 3 million acres of land, including landmark areas you love — Kelso Mesa, Kannah Creek, Blue Lakes, and more. This is a critical chance to protect these lands for decades!
Join us on Wednesday, November 8, from 5:30-6:30 pm over Zoom. Sign up here: GMUG Writing Workshop!
No matter what level of understanding you bring to the GMUG Forest Plan, your voice can make a difference! We have member experts who will walk you through the whole process of commenting and help with any questions.
This is a great, simple and easy way to make a big difference in protecting the outdoors we all love. Can we count on you to make it?
I look forward to seeing you at the workshop!
